Tim Sader, originally a native of northern Alberta, Tim graduated from the University of Alberta with a Bachelor of Commerce degree, and later moved to the lower mainland over 25 years ago presently residing in the South Surrey area. Now with over 12 years of property management experience, Tim possesses a real estate trading, real estate broker, strata management and property management licenses. Tim has been with Haven for over 10 years and heads up the commercial division. Tim enjoys tennis and golf and renovation projects.

Vicky Dizon

Accountant

Vicky has accumulated over 20 years of experience as an Accountant for various industries such as Real Estate sales & construction, Manufacturing and Property Management. She graduated with a degree in Bachelor of Science major in Accounting and a Certified Public Accountant in the Philippines.

She has over 10 years of experience in Strata, Commercial & Rental Property accounting.

Sunny Chen

CPA, CGA » Accountant

Accountant – Sunny originally came from China with a Master of Science Degree. Sunny has gained over ten years of experience in accounting from various property management organizations. Sunny’s role with Haven is to handle the accounting of the major residential portfolio, several commercial properties and the strata portfolio, assisting the property managers with financial management. Sunny is fluent in both Mandarin and English.
